1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Maple & Vine Catering Co. website (order-littlecaesars.store) and our event catering services ("Services"). By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Maple & Vine Catering Co. provides:

• Event catering for corporate functions, weddings, private parties, and special occasions
• Menu design, tastings, and custom packages
• Full-service delivery, setup, staffing, and cleanup
• Bar and beverage service where agreed (AGCO licensed)
• Coordination with venues and client-specified requirements

3. Quotes, Booking & Payment

• Quotes: Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is confirmed in your signed contract.
• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (typically 25–50% of the estimated total) is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due as set out in your contract (e.g., 7–14 days before the event).
• Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and electronic transfer as specified in your contract.
• Taxes: All prices are exclusive of HST (13%) unless stated. HST will be added as required by law.
• Late Payment: Overdue amounts may incur interest and affect delivery of services. We may suspend or cancel services if payment is not received as agreed.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellation by Client: Cancellations must be made in writing to hello@order-littlecaesars.store. The deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations within 14 days of the event, the full contract amount may be due unless we are able to rebook the date.
• Cancellation by Maple & Vine: We may cancel in the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disaster, government order, severe safety risk). In such cases we will work with you to reschedule or refund as appropriate.
• Guest Count Changes: Final guest numbers are required by the date specified in your contract. Reductions after that date may not reduce the billed amount; increases are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Refunds: Refunds for overpayments or cancelled services (where applicable) are processed within 10 business days.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate event details, venue information, dietary requirements, and access for setup/teardown as needed
• Ensure the venue has necessary permits and facilities (power, water, etc.) as agreed
• Comply with applicable laws regarding alcohol service at your venue if we are providing bar service
• Treat our staff and subcontractors with respect; we reserve the right to withdraw staff if their safety or dignity is compromised

6. Food Safety & Allergies

We take food safety and dietary requirements seriously. You must inform us in writing of all known allergies and dietary restrictions. We will accommodate to the best of our ability but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Clients with severe allergies assume responsibility for verifying ingredients and cross-contact risks with our team.

7. Liability

• Maple & Vine carries appropriate liability insurance. We are liable for direct loss caused by our negligence in the provision of catering services.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant event.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, or for issues arising from venue conditions, client-provided equipment, or third-party actions.
• We are not responsible for personal property left at the event or at our premises.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—text, images, logos, menus, and design—is owned by Maple & Vine Catering Co. and protected by Canadian copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your personal information.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance. For active contracts, the terms in effect at the time of booking apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
